Welcome to the Bank3 team! Bank3 is an official Give901 member company which means we are working together to make a significant impact on Teachers, Schools and Mentors in Memphis. We are investing in causes that really matter right here in our home town! Give901 members offer one hour of time and one hour of pay every month to create one greater Memphis.

At Give901, we encourage members to give an hour of pay and an hour of time each month. We have curated opportunities both within our campaigns and with our partner organizations. You can volunteer individually or as a group. We’ll help you find the perfect way to have an impact that’s tailored to your interests and skills-set.
Excellent Teachers
Teacher Recruitment
Our campaign Teach901 partners with Memphis Teacher Residency and Teach for America to recruit teachers to Memphis to teach in underserved communities, providing equal educational opportunities.
Teach901’s job board and job fairs connect schools and educators, addressing teacher shortage.
Teacher Retention
Teach901 conducts a yearly teacher survey which provides valuable insight for teacher retention in Shelby County Schools.
Teach901 also supports teacher retention through appreciation events, gifts and support throughout the year.
Innovative Schools
We partner with 7 innovative schools who are ensuring equitable access through enhanced learning standards, data-driven instruction, and professional development.
Empowering Mentors
Our campaign Choose 901 Alumni provides mentorship, college persistence support, job placement, professional development, and more to graduates from our partner schools for 10 years post high school. This empowers them to become the next generation of leaders and visionaries.
We also partner with 4 other organizations who provide mentorship through various ways to help Memphis youth reach their full potential.

Give feedback for resumes for Choose901 alumni members.
Set up a time to read to elementary school students.
Write thank you notes for teachers.

Help a school with classroom setup and teardown.
Organize an on-site breakfast for teachers.

Complete the enrollment form and return it to Lisa Fite at Bank3.
Each month, your donation will be deducted automatically.
You will receive a monthly donation receipt by email from Give901 and be added to Give901’s newsletter to receive regular updates of the impact of your membership.
