Whether your child is a budding scientist, an aspiring artist, a young athlete, or just ready to play all day, SGIS Summer Camps are packed with everything kids love and parents appreciate: flexibility, safety, convenience—and a whole lot of fun.

🎒 Camp Gryphon (JK–8th Grade)
This summer day camp is perfect for parents who want a one-stop-shop for summer fun. With different themes each week, Camp Gryphon keeps it fresh for junior kindergarten through 8th grade, offering everything from sports days to STEM challenges, life-size board games, and creativity galore. The camp offers full days, half days, and before and after care. So whatever you need, they’ve got you covered!

Whether your child wants to cheer, cook, code, or create, there’s something for every interest and age. Here are just a few of our fan-favorites:
🧚 Magical Creature Camp: A Journey into Enchanted Worlds (JK-1st grade)
Step into a world where imagination meets adventure! At Magical Creatures Camp, young explorers will embark on a fantastical journey, discovering and creating magical beings from fairytales, folklore, and their own imaginations. Through art, storytelling, nature walks, and fun activities, campers will encounter dragons, unicorns, fairies, and more, while learning how to bring these creatures to life with their own unique twists!
🏀 Basketball CAMP
Gryphon Basketball Camp will provide quality instruction to young players interested in learning and practicing the various basketball fundamentals. Campers will have the opportunity to display their skills in competitions, such as five-on-five games. St. George’s coaches and current Gryphon varsity players will be on hand. We will work to improve each young camper’s knowledge of the game, understanding of sportsmanship, and development of overall skill level, all while ensuring they have a great time playing the game. The Gryphon basketball teams look forward to having you this summer!
⚽ Hot Shot Soccer Camp
KICK OFF your summer having a blast with one of the world’s most popular sports…SOCCER! Shooting, passing, dribbling, heading, and ball control will be covered while working individually, in pairs, or in small groups. The game is the best teacher so each session will end with a small-sided game. The ultimate goal of this camp is to help develop each player’s confidence with the ball and a love of the game!
🌲 Woods and Water
Does your child love to get out and spend time in nature? Or better yet, would you like to get them away from a screen and get some quality time outside having a blast in the woods? There are many unique places to explore on the Collierville Campus wetlands. They have two beaches alongside the Wolf River, two lakes, a treehouse campsite, and a network of trails through the woods. You’ll hike, cook over a fire, swim, fish, canoe, learn bushcraft skills such as fire building, play games, have races and team challenges, chill in hammocks, and so much more. You’ll end the week with an optional overnight where campers will have the opportunity to spend the night in a tent or hammock at our treehouse campsite. If you do not already have equipment for camping out (sleeping bag, tent, etc.), they can provide them. This camp fills up fast!
🏐 Volleyball Camp
This camp is for beginner and intermediate level players. During the course of this camp, the varsity coaching staff will cover passing, setting, hitting, serving, and defensive and offensive systems. Players will have the opportunity to develop skills and play in games as well as engage in game-like situations.
📣 Gryphon Cheer Camp
This high-energy camp is the perfect introduction to cheerleading, where campers will learn basic motions, jumps, and cheers in a fun and supportive environment. They’ll practice proper stretching and conditioning, master sideline cheers, and finish the week with an exciting performance for family and friends! It’s all about spirit, teamwork, and having a blast—so grab your pom-poms and get ready to cheer your heart out!
🧱 LEGO camp
Lego Camp is a fun and educational way for kids to learn about creativity, STEM concepts, spatial awareness, develop fine motor and critical thinking skills. They will have ample opportunity to build at stations and will take home Lego men they build every day. If your child loves building with Legos at home then this is the camp for them!! This is going to be a fun filled week with lots of opportunities for kids who want to explore their love of Legos.
🍳 Culinary Quest
Get ready to mix, measure, and make delicious creations in the fun and hands-on cooking camp! Young chefs will learn kitchen basics, explore new flavors, and create tasty dishes while building confidence in the kitchen. Each day features exciting recipes, teamwork, and a chance to taste their own masterpieces. No experience needed—just bring your appetite for fun!
🦸 Superhero Training Academy
Calling all young heroes! Are you ready to unlock your hidden powers and become the ultimate superhero? At Superhero Training Academy, campers will embark on an action-packed adventure to discover their unique abilities and learn the skills necessary to save the day. Campers will develop their superhero personas, train like true heroes, and work together to protect the world from imaginary villains!
🐥 Farm Camp
At St. George’s Farm Camp, kids get to be farmers for a week! Campers will spend the morning tending to the chickens in the coop, harvesting fresh vegetables from the garden and making fun crafts , like shaping pottery from the Wolf River clay. With plenty of time to play, explore, and make new friends, it’s a week full of adventure and hands-on fun!
🔬 Mad Scientists Camp
Put on your lab coats and safety goggles and get ready to explore the world of science! Our scientists will foster their curiosity through hands-on experiments, interactive activities, and exciting demonstrations. From bubbling potions to chemical reactions, your child will embark on a fun-filled journey of discovery. Join us for a week of laughter, learning, and scientific exploration!
