Greg Spillyards, CEO and Managing Director of Commercial Advisors said since he started the company in 2014, there has been a special foundation set up each year from their profits to support organizations who are supporting youth throughout the city. Additionally, employees are encouraged to sign up for Give901’s an hour of pay, hour of time each month, which is set up through their HR department. “It gets us all involved. “We are intentional about developing relationships with the faculty and staff [at Collegiate] to be an encouragement, to serve them in whatever capacity they need us to. But also to be here for the students- from the 6th grader who’s working on a science fair project to the 11th or 12th grader who’s trying to think through what they might do next beyond their years at Collegiate,” Spillyards said.
