Teachers are heroes, and there are so many ways you can offer them support. Teachers need help setting up and taking down their classrooms at the beginning and end of each year. Many teachers in the Memphis Teacher Residency and Teach for America programs are new recruits in their first year of teaching, and a little support can go a long way.
